Staff
Brockwells Forestry have over 100 experienced power line clearance operatives working as 47 teams of two or three people. All tree cutting operatives are trained to the standards necessary to carry out the work, these include:
- NPTC UA Unit 1, 2.1, 2.2 - applicable chainsaw usage units
- Tree top rescue
- City and Gilds signing, lighting and guarding to comply with NRSWA
- First Aid
- Aerial access platform operation
- Woodchipper operation
- NPTC certification of competence in arboricultural works within the proximity zone of overhead lines - up to and including 400kV
Brockwells Forestry also have experienced surveyors, senior authorised personnel (SAPs) for shut down operations, health and safety staff, administration, programming and data management staff.
